I can't get my text messages or phone calls to work on my new fit bit versa 3 I've tried everything

Hi @blandin - if they are correctly setup and the watch is syncing fine, one thing to check is Swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings and make use the Sleep and Do not disturb icons are disabled otherwise that will stop notifications from working.

Do you have Versa 3 Controls paired with the tracker @blandin ?

If on Android have you disabled power management? I'm not sure about iOS
