One morning I got up and it had the wrong time on it went to reset it and now it's just showing nothing but the icon for fit bit nothing else is coming on. But it is fully charged

Doa Restart and do it several times if necessary and then sync it to update the time.

I can't reset I can't get on the apps on the watch to reset only thing it shows is the fit bit icon and some words scrolling underneath

It looks like the Versa suddenly did a factory reset (not sure how). The words you see are probably saying Hello in multiple language and inviting you to pair it.
You should open your Fitbit app on your Smartphone, delete your Versa on your account and try to make again the initial setup.

How about try the reSTART rather than reSET, like cbwilsha suggested. Hold left and bottom right buttons until it restarts, a couple times. I'd try that before anything else.

And if the clock time was wrong, I'd try syncing. You reset to factory settings if the time is wrong?
