 Just bought a versa while sleep is being tracked I am unable to get REM data. How does one fix this?  thanks

Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I get the sleep stages data. What does not show on the app data is REM. I tried wearing it higher up on my wrist. Still no luck.

If you are getting stages, there's not any adjustment for getting REM, or any other stage, to show.  If you have recently started Fitbit, perhaps it will sort itself out in a few days.

 My versa will no longer track sleep automatically and won't provide sleep stages since mid December. Can't figure out what changed or how to fix it.
