FitBit App not syncing accurate hourly steps shown on FitBit Device

I have looked through all of the forums on this subject and still am unable to get my hourly step activity to correctly show on my FitBit App Dashboard as it shows on my FitBit Device (Versa 2).

 

I have restarted my device multiple times, unsynced it from the app and the Bluetooth on my phone (iPhone 11), updated the software on both my phone and device; following all other troubleshoot articles I’ve found on this subject and nothing seems to work! My FitBit App still shows that I only got 4 out of 8 hourly step goals when my device shows 8 out of 8. I also have pictures of the discrepancy once I’m able to post them. 

Please somebody let me know that there is a way to fix this or be able to manually check-off that the hourly goals were actually completed! This is extremely frustrating 😤
