My FitBit Versa has bitten the dust. First, I noticed the time was off by minutes, then hours. Then I tried to reset it a few times and sync. That worked to reset the time, but as soon as I put it on my wrist, the same thing happened. Then not only were the hours off, but it was also off by days. And the heart rate is extremely high. I have tried to reset it by pushing the buttons and the factory reset to no avail. I purchased this FitBit In November 2018. How do I send this one back and get another one?
