I purchased FitBit 2 for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift and now she's having major problems with it. The watch screen kept freezing after multiple restarts. And now, the watch is completely frozen and she can't restart it at all. But according to the FitBit app on her iPhone, it seems to be tracking her movement. Any suggestions?
Perhaps it's time to return for a refund and think about moving on to another fitness tracking device. I am down on the FitBit brand. In the past, I've also had problems with a Charge 2 battery which completely died and was not able to charge after less than 2 years of use (FitBit, to its credit, replaced that device for me). And recently, I upgraded to a FitBit Charge 4, but the band broke after about 10 months of use.

Well, the first thing I would do is contact support with a warranty claim. Whether you chose to go to a competitor or not, there is no sense in letting the Versa 2 go to waste.

I did this. And after about two weeks of going back and forth with their lousy support team, I'm done with them. The Versa 2 still doesn't work and they won't replace it. The device sucks and so does the company. I'm done with 'em.
