FitBit Versa Buttons pressing automatically

My fitibit versa started to press automatically its upper right button, opening the notification bar and the running section.

When I'm exercising it keeps trying to cancel it, and also it keeps vibrating on my wrist, I'm already taking it off because I can't sleep wearing it.

Thanks for prompt reaction. Try restarting your Versa several  times in a row, by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logoand release the buttons. Hope this solves this very strange issue. Good luck!!

Hi, the it's time to contact Customer Service with this weird issue.

Already done, sent an e-mail and the video with the issue.

But they doesn't have support here in Brazil, wondering how they would fix it.

I have contacted support and they sent me a voucher to choose between a new one or discount in another product.
