Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

I have the same problem.

Yesterday my FitBit Versa worked fine and while I was sleeping my FitBit stopped working. I tried to restart a couple of times (pushing the left button for more than 10 seconds). Also the green flickering lights at the back don't work anymore.

I hope that there is a quick sollution.
Thanks for your help.

As it says in the help file that @WendyB linked to, if the multiple restarts don't work then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

@Kymonicreations I'm afraid to say that if restarting the fitbit isn't working then it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com

@Kymonicreations are you sure? The 45 day limit is for returning fitbits (for any reason) for a refund if you have bought it direct from fitbit. This is separate from the warranty which provides replacements for defective trackers and runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months if you are in Europe).
