Versa battery draning & screen display problems

Hi, My versa was purchased just about a year ago & worked fine. However, now suddenly this month battery drains in less than a day on full charge. On top of that the screen display has gone bad. Lines or blurry display. Reset it many times, I do not have any external apps on it and i have also disabled All day sync, but no change. Is anyone else facing these issues & resolved these problems successfully?

Same issues. About the same time frame. Battery was lasting a few days now the battery drains in less than 24 hours.
