I bought my fitbit versa in May,2018 and sometime in March/April 2019 i had my first issue where my fitbit had no display was not charging at all and no lights in the back of the watch so i assumed it was dead. Thankfully i contacted FitBit support and they provided me free replacement and since then it had been working great until recently April 2020 it again went dead no charging, no display and no lights. Is the life for this product just 1 year? Do i need to buy a new watch now? I like to keep myself moving and this watch really helps me stay on track and lately because it's not working i feel like i am missing out just being myself.

I just posted almost this exact same thing today. I've had mine for 2 years and never had this problem. Just stopped working!
