FitBit Versa will only turn on when on charge.

Hi, I am having a major issue with my FitBit Versa. It isn't even 6 months old yet, and for some reason, it is not holding any charge. 

It works fine when I place it on the charge, but as soon as I take it off charge, it goes to a black screen. I cannot restart it or anything, as I have read other posts in regards to it, and ways that it could possibly be fixed, but as it isn't staying on, I cannot do anything with it.

Having the same issue. Mine is about a year and a half old but just happened randomly out of the blue yesterday. Planning on calling support tomorrow.
