Received a Fitbit Versa for Christmas. 2 issues currently: Stopped getting notifications of calls and/or texts, and today, 7-1-2019, screen says "Clock Error Go to the Fitbit mobile app and try another clock". Will not exit off. Went to mobile app and no other clocks will load, said Bluetooth error, unconnected and then reconnected, still no other clocks will load. Thank you!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, make sure that the clock face you select is from Fitbit, not a third party clock face. Finally, turn off and turn on the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.
