FitBit Will Not Sync Music

Let me start by saying that I am absolutely fed up with my Versa. For the amount of money I invested in this thing you'd think I could plug it in and sync with no problems. None of the help documents have resolved my issues either. I don't get an error either. It just sort of times out when I am trying to sync. Any suggestions? I am doing this on my Mac not syncing to my phone.

@oanhn Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing with your phone. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I'm happy to assist you with this issue.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your Versa.

 

In the meantime, please make sure that you are following the process that is in this help article in order to listen to your music with your Versa.

It's not with my phone. It's with my Mac laptop. I have already followed
both help docs.
