FitBit has stopped vibrating

My Versa 2 has stopped vibrating when I have reached my daily step goal.  Nor does it prompt me with a vibration and notice of steps needed in hours I have not been sufficiently active.  I have not changed my goals.

On the Versa 2 swipe down, tap quick settings, check Do Not Disturb and Night Mode is off.

Both the “do not disturb” and sleep mode were turned off, but thanks for the suggestion.
