FitBit keeps showing logo and vibrating

Hello,

 

When wearing my FitBit versa 3 earlier at the gym I noticed that the exercise app wouldn’t open. When I got home I tried rebooting my FitBit to see if that would work. It now keeps showing the FitBit logo and vibrating then the screen goes black then the logo comes back on and it vibrates again then the screen goes black again. It’s going around it a circle.

 

I’ve tried rebooting it again by holding my finger on the side but it won’t get past the loading logo.

 

Any idea on what I can do please?

Mine did and is doing the exact same thing where I couldn’t select an exercise and now it won’t turn back on after I shut it down. The logo keeps popping up and going away.
