Hi - I have a problem with FitBit pay, which used to work perfect until i swapped straps which made me press the screen too much. The payment card symbol does not show up when I hold the left-side button. I've tried re-installing the fitbit app, the wallet module and deleted/reconnected my bank card. All this without any effect.
Please advise...

What does show when you hold in the button? Do to get the lock screen? Is the lock screen still setup? Does your phone still have a screen lock?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
When I hold it for (over) 2 seconds, 2 screens appear which can be switched by swapping sidewards. The first (left of 2) is the tip to connect your phone with classic bluetooth. The second (right of 2) says 'screen activation' and 'notifications' (freely translated from Dutch). Lock screen only appears when I put on my watch, like it always did, even when it still worked.
