FitBit screen blacks out. Stops charging, hard reset does not work.

I purchased FitBit Versa last year and its screen blacked out in less than 30 days. I tried to charge and factory reset, but it did not work. When I contacted customer care, surprisingly, they said that they can still see that I am connected to the watch. Anyways, they were kind enough to send a new watch to my address. 2 months later, this new watch blacks out. It is frustrating and annoying.

Hi @SunsetRunner Yes it sounds very frustrating, but you will need to contact Customer Support again.
