data not cleared , sync and try again

My screen is stuck on data not cleared , sync and try again . I got this on my screen after I tried to do a hard reset by pushing all 3 buttons ! Now I am not able to start my watch ! Please if some one can help me out as I am trying since hours now ! Also this is the first time that has happened to me in my 6 months of usage ! Let me know if you know how to solve this error or know how to get my watch working again !
