Fitbit App Gallery won't open

Anyone have a solution for the gallery on the fitbit app not opening. Says no internet connection except I'm on wifi and tried no wifi. I need to change information on my medical ID app.

Hi @Gingy12 - the Gallery tile requires a special internet access - see no internet access

However it may still be a problem if you live in the EEA or UK. Certainly don't uninstall anything.

Hi there, @Gingy12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, we're here to help! 

As @Guy_ has suggested, the "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

Did you already try the above, did that help?

Hello, no I don't have any of that on my phone. I'll dig around on it but I don't think I have any of it.

Got it! I had to search around but it was a DNS problem
