Versa 2 stopped syncing

My versa 2 suddenly stopped syncing today. I went through all the usual troubleshooting actions but nothing worked. I removed the device and tried to add it back but half of the time Bluetooth can't find it and when it does it just won't connect. Anyone had similar problems?

I've had the same problem for a week.  Also did the troubleshooting then removed the Versa 2 and did a factory reset.  Now Bluetooth will not pair with the Versa 2.  I've been using the Versa on the same App as an Alta HR for 4-5 years.  I removed the Alta and Bluetooth still could not pair with the Versa. Added the Alta HR back with no problem.  I'm wondering if the problem is with the Bluetooth transmitter in the Versa since I've had trouble syncing it for months, "looking" appearing on the screen for too long a time while the Alta syncs instantaneously.

Same with mine about a week ago. I haven't gotten much help from FITBIT.
