Fitbit App doesn't sync with my versa

I don't know what to do at this point. I have noticed for a while that my versa wasn't syncing with the app and I have done multiple times to restart the app, versa and phone,  uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I have reset the versa to factory settings and nothing seems to be working. I have done these steps so many times and it's still not working. The app no longer syncs with my versa, I can't update the tracker because the app can't find the versa. This is getting really frustrating!!!
