My versa will not power on and the green lights are not flashing. I've tried to restart it with no luck. Ive tried to live chat and the site is down...
I’m having the same issue, I tried to do a factory reset on my versa, it turned off and now I can’t get it to turn on. Even by holding the back and bottom right buttons. Nothing worked.
