Fitbit App not displaying all data

I have the App on both my Android phone and iPad and the app only displays my sleep data, resting heart rate, hours with 250+ steps and days of exercise. If I tap the image for steps, floors etc it will take me to a screen that shows these amounts. It also does not calculate any calories or active minutes associated with a workout.

 

Any suggestions on how to get the info back?

Hi @NanaGLC  which device do you have? You posted in the Versa area, but the screenshot has Charge 2 listed.

Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

I have both a Versa and a charge 2. My Versa was not pairing with my account so I was in this forum to get advise. The app was working fine until a week ago, then stopped showing/recording data. This morning I tried setting up a new account and now my Versa pairs again. Unfortunately I lose all my historic data but at least I have a working app.

Glad you got the app going, but sorry you lost the data. Is the app working completely for you today?

Yes it’s working fine and I never lost any data. Thanks for your response. I know now to just close the app on my phone completely and open it again. No worries.
