Hello Juan,
I try to contact the service as well to send my product back, but I have the same problem, that I do not have Twitter.
I answered to my order confirmation, because I did not know what to do anymore. But I received the answer that there is no support by mail anymore and have to check fitbit.help.
What do I need to do now to send the product back and why is the handling this hard to send products back?
Any phone numbers, mailing adress or information would be helpful.
