I've just updated my fitbit app on my Samsung J5 but now it just opens and immediately closes? Any ideas?
I've taken off and reinstalled it but the same?

Hi, after removing the Fitbit app, restart your phone and reinstall Fitbit app again and login to your account. If this does not work, Google for an older version of Fitbit and install that.

Hi thanks for your reply but I tried removing and switching off and reinstalling but still doesn't open.
Then I found old fitbit versions and installed 4 different ones but they all said they were corrupt and didn't work. Any other suggestions please 😣
