Versa syncing issue

My versa has been having issues since the new app update. Dropping Bluetooth connections and requiring me to update with the firmware update. I have been trying to update my tracker for

the last 4 days. Shows my tracker is being updated. So far today, been updating for the past 6 hours. My fit bit only shows the Fitbit app icon. Why isn’t it updating?  I couldn’t sync to my phone. Then it stopped keeping time. HELP. Ready to

toss my Fitbit and move to a different way to

track my steps and health.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying these steps, monitor your Versa and see if the syncing issue gets fixed.

I have been using most of the troubleshooting ideas from the community site. From yesterday’s attempt, the firmware update didn’t give me an error. The update took over 12 hours. Once I thought it was done, I did get the pairing message and 4 digit code to type in my phone. It sync’d last night but today dropped connection to Bluetooth, and will not sync. I continue to have the firmware update notification on the app. Also, the clock updated. I am not off 1/2 hour on the clock since I was able to sync last night. I am now off on the clock 10 minutes.
