Fitbit BPM Tracking High

Yesterday I noticed that my Fitbit Versa Lite randomly started reading my heart rate higher than it actually is (sometimes doubling it at times. I’ve turned on and off the fitbit, turned on and off the heart rate monitor, tried switching wrists, even checked for updates. I also left it on the charger to see if maybe I just needed to take a break from wearing it. The only time it accurately reads is when it turns back on after I shut it down, and even then it only reads for a couple minutes accurately. Nothing has changed for how I use it (band tightness, environment, temperature, etc.) and it’s not my actual bpm (trust me I’ve checked) so I’m very stuck on what to do.

The top picture is from yesterday when it started glitching. The bottom picture is from this morning, so it continued to read high even during sleep.

Okay, so I’ve tried running it dead completely and tried factory resetting it, neither of which worked. Does anyone know a support number I can call to talk with someone directly? Last time I used this support chat page thing I got help very quick. From looking at other people that have had this problem and gotten no replies I’m pretty worried and would rather just call Fitbit at this point.
