I just unpacked my new Fitbit Versa, I found the charger has a rattling sound inside of it like something is broken, is this normal or is there any cause for concern ?

Hi @Rachel351 . You should contact Support. They may send you a new charger. Does it work?

Hi, no worries about this and it's not necessary to contact Customer Support for the rattling sound. My charger does the same and functions normally already for months. The charger looks cheap and behaves like this, nothing wrong with that.

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I'll see what the support center say about this as I don't believe the rattling sound should be there on a brand new product.

Mine does the same thing; I contacted customer service and they acted like it was no big deal as long as it kept on charging,  even though there was also a little piece of plastic broken off the charger that was in the box as well. However buying a BROKEN item doesn't sit well with me! And the charger stopped charging and never got to a full charge. My boyfriend pulled out his old charger and finished it the rest of the way. This weekend we will likely return the defective Versa.
