Setting up a Versa 2 on a MacBook.

Download Fitbit Connect.

The Versa 2 is not listed in devices to connect.

So now what?

How do I connect if there it is not listed?

Hi @Rosie_Cat, welcome to the community.

 

As far as I know (I'm not a Mac/Apple user) the Versa 2 isn't compatible with Mac OS. Do you have a compatible mobile device you can instead use to complete the set up? You would of course need to continue using this device to sync the Versa 2.
