Trying to sync music to my versa 2 and the desktop app won't even start. It says there's no internet connection, which is not the case, I've restarted the router and my mac, I've reinstalled it but same problem.

Any help?

I cant even download Fitbit Connect to my mac (OS Catalina) - doesnt even give the option. How am I supposed to transfer music from my mac?

I have the same problem and have an Alta. Something is definitely wrong with Fitbit Connect App - running on Catalina. Seemed to show up since yesterday.  FRUSTRATING.

I am not running Catalina yet (because it doesn't support all my 32-bit apps), but I am also having this problem. They clearly broke something on their end.

Surely.. I've been running Catalina for a while and Fitbit Connect was working; all of a sudden, POOF, no workie.
