After 3 different chat supports and countless time wasted, I am coming here to the community. The versa has be restarting itself numerous times per day for weeks now. I have gone through factory resets, manual reboots, and 3 different "support" (I use that term loosely) agents. Through all of this, the problem persists. I was informed by the most recent "support" agent that warranty service isn't available on my device because it was purchased on Newegg. When asked to elaborate on the warranty issue, he disconnected my chat conversation. So maybe one of you know a resolution to this issue since tech support for Fitbit is beyond worthless.

I would contact New Egg then. Or ask Fitbit support to escalate your case.

I have reached out to Newegg and will see what they say as Fitbit is massively dropping the ball on this one. In the meanwhile, if anyone has had a similar experience with the issue the Versa is having, suggestions on how to fix it would be appreciated.
