Fitbit Customer service sucks!

OK so I find out that someone has claimed a Fitbit on my account and had it mailed to a different state and at the same time I find out I was charged for a year subscription two weeks after this person had received the replacement Fitbit I called Fitbit to get it resolved and they offer no solutions actually the first person I talk to his very nice but the supervisor he transferred me to was rude and didn’t offer any help or didn’t apologize or anything. Claiming that the charge on the account was nothing of their doing because I have a Apple phone and it’s through Apple who does the charging so they can help me with that I also told them that I didn’t want to refund I just wanted the months that I didn’t use the service could they possibly just give me six months of the service back and again he offered no solution was quite rude and it was basically my fault some how. This is a fourth bit bit product I’ve bought in in the past three years it’ll be the last. I will also spread the word about the great customer service and tell 10 of my friends and tell them to tell 10 of their friends. Lolol 😁 I get that all the customers aren’t right all the time but sometimes we are.

Putting aside your ramble, why haven't you disputed the charge with your credit card company?

This would be like that time I had a CC charge half way across the Country for a Restaurant and liquor store purchase, me calling them and trying to work out a compromise? I called CC Company and got full refund and replacement card issued. How is this Fitbits fault?
