Fitbit Display Doesn't Work

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought a Fitbit Versa back in September. One day, after trying to charge it, I could not get the screen to turn back on. It still connects to the app and charges according to it, but the screen either remains black or, if I do get any response from the screen, it is dim with lines running through it. I tried resetting it multiple times. It vibrated in response but never displayed anything. I also tried changing the screen display I had set, but nothing brought anything up.

Hi, my advice is to contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?p=versa.

Thank you for your response. When I try to get to support, it redirects me to my email and says I need to be logged in, even though I am logged in. Will emailing the link they send me to still work?

Do I understand you well that they send you an email with a link? If yes, you can try if it still works. In the link I send you, there is even a possibility to chat with them directly.

It sends me to my Outlook with an email address inputted. It doesn't send me to any sort of support page.

@Sarahashley1001 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's display doesn't turn on even though you have restarted it several times. Since the issue persists, let me go ahead and send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You should receive an email from them soon.

@SunsetRunner Thank you for your help!
