I've had my fitbit versa 7 months and few days ago, my fitbit's display stopped showing. It went completely black and I couldn't get it to show by pressing the buttons or shaking the screen. However, for a bit when I pressed the side button there would be a green glow on that side of the screen (now that's gone though).
Otherwise it still counts steps, tracks sleep/exercise, syncs with my phone, and charges, but it's ineffective as a watch right now.
Is there any way to fix this or get a new one?
