Fitbit Food Log Malfunctions

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Fitbit food logs have frequent and multiple malfunctions. To name a fed:
(1) The dashboard view of totals doesn’t match the detail view.

(2) Sometimes, a whole bunch of food items are automatically added to the log for no reasons.

(3) Some food items show 0 calories in the food list, but the actual amount of calories are counted in the total. I have to manually add the calories up to determine whether the item is included in the total or not.

(4) Sometimes the food item is still counted towards the total calories, even after I delete the food.

(5) Sometimes food items cannot be deleted. The issues happen more and more frequently now.

What I don’t understand is that such a simple function (adding up the calories for a list of food) can go wrong in so many different ways.

The food log works perfectly fine for a long time when I started with Fitbit 6 years ago, but now it goes wrong in every

 imaginable or unimaginable way.

Very very frustrated......

I have a food log issue today where I logged a food item and it is counting the calories in the total but the item isn’t listed in the detail and I can’t delete. Also today showing me as over 300,000% of Vitamin A which is impossible. Frustrated!!
