i have Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa... when i setup the fitbit versa device the apps for fitbit ionic disappear.

and when i setup fitbit ionic device the apps for fitbit versa disappear....

 

what to do....

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do. Currently fitbit only allow one smartwatch to be connected to your account. You can have ionic or versa but not both.

 

There is a feature suggestion to change this. If you'd like to add your vote you can find it here:
