I heard fitbit terminated the ability to use the desktop app...how else do you add personal music?

I'm really upset at how bad fitbit has turned out to be for me. Even before they terminated the ability to use the desktop app I've had so many other issues with fitbit. Customer support phone number is also no use and they go in circles and don't know how to solve their own problems. I think I'm going to try to switch to a different type of watch at some point but I don't know which for now. At least I'm going to give this one more shot and see if I can solve problem 1 out of 100...

Sorry, but no more personal music loaded by any means.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
