Fitbit Not Tracking My Sleep

I have the Versa 2, and I pay for fitbit premium, specifically so I can get the detailed sleep score. The only reason I still have a fitbit is because it offers this feature. On the days that it works, I have no complaints. However, at least one or two days out of the week, the score isn't tracked at all. Not even the simplified sleep score! Or, it will say I slept one hour of the night and be completely inaccurate.

I have spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service and on the chats and troubleshooting and it never improves. In response, Fitbit has sent me three replacement fitbits, but the exact same this has happened with each of them. For my most recent fitbit, there was no sleep score on the second night of wear.

I have also tried the following:

1) Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

2) made sure the software is up to date

3) Reset the fitbit several times

4) Changed the sleep tracking to "sensitive"

5) Changed to wearing it on my non-dominant hand

6) Kept the fitbit charged at all times

7) Wear the fitbit snugly but not too tight or loose

I believe at this point that it is a problem with the app. I have not had any luck with figuring out who I should talk to about it? Is it apple? Or fitbit? It certainly isn't just having a replacement device sent again.

I am very disappointed with the fact that I am paying for the data and it is still inaccurate. I am very frustrated and considering just leaving premium and getting the simplified details, or switching to an apple watch. It is misleading when you see that fitbit premium is the most accurate sleep tracking watch, and that you can get the detailed sleep score, but it only works SOMETIMES. I have asked so many times for a refund for the premium bill for the months where it didn't function properly (which is literally every month), and no one seems to be able to point me in the right direction. Any guidance on here is greatly appreciated. This is my last attempt to fix it before I go for a different tracker.

Can someone please tell me how to track sleep on a Versa2?  I cannot see a sleep icon on the watch at all.  Do I have to pay to be able to track sleep or are is there a free feature for tracking sleep?  I bought this watch in December 2020 to specifically track sleep and use reminders.  So, far I am feeling very disappointed as no idea how this feature works. It's not intuitive at all.
