Hi,
I'm in Singapore and I bought the Versa 2 for the FitBit Pay functionality compatible with Revolut. I reached out to your customer service asking me to reached out to Revolut to activate the card.
After reaching out to Revolut, they told me that FitBit Pay has not been officially released and they don't know when it will be ...
Of course, I'm quite confused because it's advertised differently on your website ... I'm starting to regret my purchase... can you please highlight this situation for me and give me proper feedback with solution and timeline.
Thanks in advance

Hi @maluu999 Either you misunderstood your bank, or they are misleading you. Fitbit pay has been available and working for at least a couple of years now and it works fine. It sounds as if your bank, however has not included Fitbit Pay as one of the payment methods they support. If they would like to include it, there is nothing stopping them. It is their decision when or if they will add it. Lobby your bank.

@maluu999 @NellyG I think something else is going on here. Revolut is on the Fitbit Bank and Transit List in Singapore. Unfortunately, I don't know where to begin to try and help you.

Oh wow, you are right @LZeeW I didnt see it on the list. @maluu999 I would definitely go back to the bank and ask them why it is not working.
