I have a Fitbit Versa 2 and it was dropped in the washer. I did not realize this until it was too late. I let it rest and then recharged it. I have done al of the resets and other troubleshooters I could find, but the touchscreen will not respond. The clock face still works, but it will not respond to my touch. Is there anything more I can do or will I have to call for a replacement? And if I do call in, will I have to pay?

It also dies EXTREMELY quickly

This is exactly what I'm coming to the help forum for - I didn't drop mine in the washer I just went swimming with it on, but now the touch screen won't work and the display flickers and dies quickly.

I went swimming today also and mine seems to have died. My versa 2 is 1.5 years old. Is that the life span? It also has started acting glitchy prior to today. Sometimes the upper half of the touch Screen wouldn’t work (like when I want to turn on sleep mode, or reset the so watch).
