Versa 2 needs researching quite often

Hi  I have a new Versa 2 and quite often I have to resync it to the app I am having to uninstall it from the app then switch the watch off the reinstall it which tends to be a pain. The watch is connected to blue tooth and WiFi can anyone help me please

I emailed fitbit but no reply yet and that was a few days ago.
