I am on week 3 with a new versa2. I’m having a few issues and not sure if I’m doing something wrong. I only get my breathing rate sometimes. Not consistent at all. I have not had one HRV reading since wearing the watch which is frustrating because that was one of the things I wanted to track. Also, it will not hold to my wifi connection at all. I don’t know if that’s important or not but the Alexa doesn’t work either, I have to resign in to Amazon every time I want to use it. Thought that might be because it won’t hold the wifi connection.
Anyways, any help especially with the HRV tracking would be great. If I can’t get it working I think I will probably return it.

Hi @TRRN - WiFi is only used for music transfer or firmware updates mostly. Alexa uses Bluetooth, as does most other things like notifications.
See if any of that helps.

Ok thanks for the help. So the heart rate is toggled on and I have no issue with the heart rate, just the HRV not measuring.
It appears to be syncing properly as my steps, heart rate, active minutes etc are always up to date to what the numbers say on my watch and in the app.
I have restarted both the Fitbit and the phone to see if that will make a difference. I will wear it to bed again tonight to see if I get an HRV reading in the morning. I will let you know and if that doesn’t work perhaps you have more troubleshooting ideas! I really want to like this watch. It is my second one and I had absolutely no issues with the first.
thanks.

I checked again this morning after trying your suggestions and still no HRV reading. Is there a reason I am not getting it?? It keeps saying wear your Fitbit to bed but I do that every night and the other data is being caught. I would really like some help with this. Could my Fitbit be malfunctioning?
Thanks for any insight that anyone can give.
