Ive had my versa for about a year and a half. Never have had any issues with it until yesterday. I fully charged it in the morning. and it crapped out by noon. it had green and yellow lines through it so I got on Fitbit to see how to troubleshoot myself, held the three button down for 15 seconds, even longer! tried putting it on the charger, my phone is connected to it bc it told me the battery was low. now the screen is completely black no green pulse light.... the back light comes off and on so I can see its effort. Just won't turn on for me.. incredibly frustrating considering I feel lost when its not on!!! 😞

It sounds like it has died as trying to restart it didnt help. You could contact Support and see if they are able to help.
