Data not cleared

My Fitbit versa 2 is randomly showing a big Red Cross saying data not cleared. Sync and try again. How do I stop this from happening and get back to normal?

Hi @Chi8, welcome to the community.

 

It sounds as though a factory reset has been performed on your Versa. 

 

Can you try going into you phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa from there, then go back into the Fitbit app - tap your profile picture - set up a device - and proceed with the set up process again. Hopefully that will clear the message.
