Fitbit Versa 2 Active Minutes

I normally wear a garmin 245. I’m in the process of waiting for the 255 to come and found my old Fitbit in the meantime. 
On my garmin I do heart rate training and can set a heart rate goal and if I go under or above it will alert me that I’m out of zone through my headphones. Does the versa 2 offer this feature?
