Fitbit Versa 2 Button not working

I have had my Versa 2 since Mother’s Day 2020. The side button has now completely broke, I press down on it and it moves but it doesn’t click like it used to. This happened overnight, I have attempted to do what other posts have said on here. I have attempted to clean it out with a toothpick and an airduster, which was mentioned by a moderator on a different thread. Nothing worked. I tried to turn it off and turn it back on and well, as you can guess, it won’t turn back on because the button won’t work. I would like to utilize the warranty and exchange them.

Go to Customer Support, but after a year they'll probably only offer a small percentage off a new watch...

Wow thats awesome, I''m waiting on mine.  I sent it in about a month ago and I've yet to hear from them.  It shows it in transit
