Fitbit Versa 2, I cannot get the analogue clock face

Since updating the software I cannot get the analogue clock face and battery life on the Always on Display with the Waveform clock. I can only get a digital time with no stats. I have tried turning off the Fitbit, removing device and reinstalling but nothing works. Can anyone help?

Have you gone to Settings, Always On, Customize and choose Analogue?

Yes but that doesn’t work! It stays on digital.

Try setting it again and then immediately do a Restart.

Thanks but this didn’t work. I have used a new clock face and the analogue Always On
clock has come back but not with Waveform! Very strange. Thanks.
