Not getting heart rate

Hi @Tilesaver1, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried restarting your device by following the steps here? I also recommend reading the help article - Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? And following the troubleshooting steps there, starting with confirming that HR tracking is turned on in your settings.
