Fitbit Versa 2 Message notification not working

Hi All,

I recently purchased versa 2 , and i am using Redmi Note 7 pro. I am unable to receive message notification i tried all methods in trouble shooting. But i am able to receive call notification. 

Can any one guide me to fix this problem. Thanks

@Jaysh, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notification issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I'm afraid that the Redmi Note 7 pro is not in the supported devices list. This is the reason why the notifications or other feature may not work properly.

I would like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
