Fitbit Versa 2 Showing Logo Screen and Switching Off

My Fitbit suddenly showed the Fitbit logo screen and wouldn't switch off. I had to manually reset it and it eventually went back to normal but said there was an 'Error with the Clock Face'. I changed the clock face and it seemed fine, but after charging the Versa up to 100% it now switched off completely and said it was at 0%.

It now is losing battery life fast. I charged it up to 89% and within 1 hour it's down to 36%. What do I do?
